In this section we answer the most common questions about our furniture, the purchase process, interior design projects and artisanal manufacture. If you cannot find the information you are looking for, we will be happy to help.
Orders and manufacture
Is all furniture made to order?
Yes. At Inusual Studio all pieces are made to order once payment is confirmed. We do not work with permanent stock, which allows us to devote the necessary time and attention to each product.
How long does manufacture take?
The usual manufacturing time is approximately 30 working days, although it may vary depending on the volume of the order or the degree of personalisation requested.
Can I request a customised product?
Yes. We can adapt finishes, materials and certain aspects of the design according to the needs of each project. If you are looking for a specific solution, we will be happy to consider your proposal.
Do you make bespoke furniture?
Yes. In addition to our collections, we develop bespoke pieces for residential, commercial and hospitality projects.
Is there a minimum purchase quantity?
No. You can buy a single piece or develop a complete collection for a project.
Shipping
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship our products to Spain, Europe and other international destinations.
Are shipping costs included?
No. Transport is calculated individually for each order according to the destination, volume and characteristics of the pieces.
Which company carries out the transport?
We work with several companies specialised in furniture transport. We select the most suitable operator for each shipment.
How can I find out the status of my order?
Once dispatched, we will provide you with tracking information when it is available from the logistics operator.
Products
What materials do you use?
We work with materials selected for their quality and durability, including steel, natural leather and brass. In other projects we also incorporate stone, wood and natural materials adapted to each design.
Why does the leather show small variations?
Leather is a natural material and each hide is unique. Differences in texture, tone or small marks are part of its authenticity and are not considered defects.
Can steel show small differences in finish?
Yes. As these are artisanal manufacturing processes, slight surface variations may exist that do not affect the quality or durability of the product.
How should I care for the furniture?
Each material requires specific maintenance. You can consult our page on Furniture care and maintenance, where you will find detailed recommendations for keeping each piece in the best condition.
Is the furniture suitable for outdoor use?
No. Unless expressly stated, our collections are designed for indoor use.
Purchase
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept payments by bank transfer and PayPal.
Do prices include VAT?
Yes. All prices published on the website include the VAT in force in Spain.
Can I cancel an order?
Yes, as long as manufacture has not begun. Once the production process has started, the order may be subject to the conditions established for made-to-order products.
Can I return a product?
As these are made-to-order products, returns will be subject to current legislation and to our General Terms of Sale.
What happens if my order arrives damaged?
If you detect damage on delivery, we recommend noting it on the carrier’s delivery note and contacting us as soon as possible so we can manage the incident.
Interior design projects
Do you only work on furniture projects?
No. In addition to furniture design, we develop complete interior design, interior architecture and creative direction projects for residential, commercial and hospitality spaces.
Do you only work in Spain?
No. We develop projects both in Spain and internationally.
Do you carry out projects for hotels and restaurants?
Yes. We collaborate on hospitality, restaurant and other contract projects where design, functionality and brand identity are essential.
Can you collaborate with architects and interior designers?
Yes. We work alongside architecture studios, interior designers, developers and other professionals, adapting to the needs of each project.
