General terms of sale

1. Purpose

These General Terms of Sale govern the purchase of products sold through the Inusual Studio website, as well as the rights and obligations arising from the contractual relationship between the buyer and the owner of the website.

Placing an order implies full acceptance of these conditions.

3. Products

Inusual Studio designs and sells contemporary furniture made to order. Each piece is produced artisanally once the order is confirmed, so we do not hold permanent stock.

Photographs, renders, material samples and digital representations are illustrative. Due to the artisanal process and the nature of the materials used, there may be slight variations in colour, texture or finish compared with the images shown on the website.

These variations are part of the unique character of each piece and do not constitute manufacturing defects.

4. Availability

All products are made to order.

The availability of certain materials or finishes may vary depending on the market and our suppliers.

Should any incident affecting manufacture occur, Inusual Studio will inform the customer as soon as possible in order to offer a suitable solution.

5. Purchase process

The purchase process takes place through the website.

Once the order has been received, the customer will receive a confirmation by email.

Acceptance of the order will be subject to:

• Availability of materials.
• Validation of payment.
• Technical feasibility of manufacture.

If any incident is detected, Inusual Studio will contact the customer before production begins.

6. Prices

All prices published on the website are expressed in euros (€) and include the Value Added Tax (VAT) in force in Spain.

Shipping costs are not included in the price of the product.

The cost of shipping will be calculated individually once the order has been received, taking into account factors such as:

• Destination.
• Volume.
• Weight.
• Number of pieces.
• Special transport requirements.

The customer will receive a specific transport quotation before the order is dispatched.

7. Payment methods

We currently accept the following payment methods:

• Bank transfer.
• PayPal.

The order will only begin to be manufactured once the corresponding payment has been confirmed.

8. Manufacture

All furniture sold by Inusual Studio is made to order.

The usual production time is approximately 30 working days, counted from payment confirmation.

For large-volume orders, contract projects or custom pieces, this period may be extended.

In any case, the customer will be informed of any relevant change.

9. Shipping

We ship to:

• Spain.
• European Union countries.
• International destinations.

We work with various logistics operators specialised in furniture transport. The carrier will be selected according to the destination, the characteristics of the order and the specific needs of each shipment.

The estimated transport time is up to 10 working days from the completion of manufacture.

10. Receipt of the order

The customer must check the condition of the order at the time of delivery.

If visible damage to the packaging or the product is observed, the customer must note it on the carrier’s delivery note and inform Inusual Studio as soon as possible, providing photographs and a description of the incident.

11. Products made to order

All products sold by Inusual Studio are made specifically for each customer.

For this reason, personalised or made-to-order items may be subject to limitations regarding the right of withdrawal, in accordance with applicable legislation.

If in doubt on this point, the customer may request information before finalising the purchase.

12. Warranty

The products sold by Inusual Studio carry the statutory warranty applicable under current regulations.

The warranty covers only manufacturing or material defects attributable to the production process.

The following are not covered by the warranty:

• Natural wear resulting from use.
• Variations inherent to natural materials such as leather.
• Scratches, knocks or accidental damage.
• Improper use of the product.
• Incorrect cleaning.
• Modifications made by third parties.

13. Limitation of liability

Inusual Studio shall not be liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond its control, such as:

• Transport incidents.
• Force majeure.
• Labour disputes.
• Supply problems.
• Exceptional circumstances affecting production.

14. Intellectual property

All designs sold by Inusual Studio are the intellectual property of their author.

Their reproduction, copying or sale without express authorisation is prohibited.

15. Data protection

Personal data provided during the purchase process will be processed in accordance with the website’s Privacy Policy.

16. Applicable law

These General Terms of Sale shall be governed by Spanish law.

Any dispute arising from the interpretation or performance of these conditions shall be resolved in accordance with applicable regulations, without prejudice to the rights belonging to consumers.
