Natural variations in materials

Every piece is unique

At Inusual Studio we design and make furniture in which material is an essential part of the project. We work with noble materials and artisanal processes that preserve the particular characteristics of each piece.

For this reason, small variations in colour, texture, grain or finish should not be interpreted as manufacturing defects, but as part of the authenticity of the materials and of the artisanal process that brings each product to life.

We believe true luxury lies precisely in that singularity.

Natural leather

Leather is a living material that evolves over time.

Each hide has its own characteristics, such as slight differences in tone, small natural marks or variations in texture that reflect its origin.

With use, the leather will develop a natural patina that will enrich its appearance and make each piece an even more personal object.

These characteristics are inherent to the material and do not constitute a manufacturing defect.

Steel

The metal structures of our pieces are handcrafted and receive carefully selected finishes to ensure their durability.

There may be slight variations in the surface finish arising from the manufacturing process itself or from the manual application of certain treatments.

These differences do not affect the quality or performance of the product.

Brass

Details made of brass may evolve over time due to the natural oxidation of the material.

This behaviour is part of the nature of brass and gives character to each piece.

If you wish to preserve the original shine, periodic maintenance can be carried out using products specific to this material.

Artisanal manufacture

Each piece is made to order through processes involving manual work.

For this reason, small variations in dimensions or finish may occur compared with the images shown on the website.

These differences are part of the artisanal process and are precisely what make each piece unique.
