Warranty on our products
Designed to last
At Inusual Studio we believe durability begins long before a piece is made. It begins with the selection of materials, with care in the process and with respect for craft.
Each of our products is made to order through artisanal processes and quality controls that guarantee a high level of exigence in every detail.
Statutory warranty
All products sold by Inusual Studio carry the statutory warranty provided for by current legislation for consumer goods.
This warranty covers manufacturing or material defects that may appear during the period established by the applicable regulations.
If a defect covered by the warranty is detected, Inusual Studio will assess the incident and propose the most suitable solution in accordance with current legislation.
What does the warranty cover?
The warranty covers exclusively defects attributable to the manufacturing process or to the materials used during production.
Among other cases, it may include:
- Structural defects arising from manufacture.
- Defects in welds or joints.
- Failures attributable to the production process.
- Finish defects unrelated to the use of the product.
Each incident will be assessed individually by our team.
What does the warranty not cover?
The warranty does not cover:
- Natural wear produced by normal use.
- The natural evolution of leather over time.
- Variations inherent to natural materials such as leather, steel or brass.
- Scratches, knocks or accidental damage.
- Damage caused by improper use.
- Incorrect cleaning or maintenance.
- Prolonged exposure to humidity, chemicals or unsuitable environmental conditions.
- Repairs or modifications carried out by third parties without Inusual Studio’s authorisation.
Natural materials
We work with authentic materials that evolve over time.
Small variations in texture, tone, grain or patina are part of the nature of these materials and are one of the characteristics that make each piece unique.
These variations are not considered manufacturing defects.

How to request a warranty review
If you believe your product has a defect covered by the warranty, you can contact us stating:
- Order number.
- Description of the incident.
- Photographs of the product.
- Photographs of the defect observed.
Our team will review the information and offer you the most suitable solution in the shortest possible time.
Resolving incidents
After assessing the incident, Inusual Studio may opt, as appropriate and in accordance with applicable legislation, for:
- Repair of the product.
- Replacement of the affected piece.
- Complete replacement of the product where necessary.
- Any other legally appropriate solution.
Each case will be studied individually.

An important part of the durability of our products depends on correct use and maintenance.
