Shipping
Shipping information
At Inusual Studio we design and make every piece to order. This means each piece of furniture begins its production process once the order is confirmed, ensuring thorough quality control and manufacture adapted to each project.
Our aim is for every piece to reach its destination in the best condition and with the greatest guarantees.
Shipping area
We ship to:
- Spain.
- European Union countries.
- International destinations.
If your country does not appear during the purchase process or you would like a specific quotation for another destination, you can contact us and we will study the best logistics solution for your project.
Made to order
All our products are made exclusively to order.
We do not hold permanent stock.
The usual manufacturing time is approximately 30 working days, counted from payment confirmation.
For large-volume projects, special orders or custom pieces, this period may vary. In these cases, we will inform the customer before production begins.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are not included in the published price of the products.
Once the order has been received, our team will calculate the cost of transport taking into account:
- The destination.
- The volume of the order.
- The weight of the pieces.
- The specific handling and transport requirements.
Before arranging the shipment, the customer will receive a detailed quotation for approval.
Production will continue once the transport conditions have been accepted, where applicable.
Carriers
We work with companies specialised in the transport of furniture and bulky goods.
We select the most suitable logistics operator for each order according to the destination, the dimensions of the pieces and the specific delivery needs.
Delivery time
Once manufacture is complete, the estimated delivery time is up to 10 working days, depending on the destination and the logistics operator selected.
The times indicated are approximate and may vary due to circumstances beyond Inusual Studio’s control, such as logistics incidents, customs procedures or force majeure.
Receiving your order
On receiving the order, we recommend checking the condition of the packaging and the product before signing for delivery.
If visible damage is detected during transport, the customer must:
- Note it on the carrier’s delivery note.
- Take photographs of the packaging and the product.
- Report the incident to Inusual Studio as soon as possible so that the claim can be handled with the carrier.
International deliveries
Shipments outside Spain may be subject to customs procedures, local taxes or import duties set by the destination country.
These costs, where they exist, will be borne by the buyer, unless expressly stated otherwise.
Order tracking
Once the order has been dispatched, we will provide the customer with the information available to track the shipment where the logistics operator allows it.
